The Saint Foundation, Inc., is a New York based not-for-profit organization with a mission to preserve archives from The Saint nightclub and The Saint At Large, including artwork, ephemera, and audio tapes dating from 1970 to present, as well as memorabilia from related venues, events and artists of the same period. Additionally, it is looking for future ways to support and educate new and upcoming artists of many mediums who participate in the creation of nightlife and dance music. Proceeds from The Saint At Large productions benefit the The Saint Foundation and LGBTQ community.
The Saint Foundation, Inc. is registered as a not-for-profit organization in New York State and operates exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, though it does not yet have official IRS 501 (c)(3) status for tax purposes.
The Saint Foundation, Inc. is not organized and shall not be operated for the private gain of any person. The property of the corporation is irrevocably dedicated to its educational and charitable purposes. No part of the assets, receipts, or net earnings of the corporation shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributed to any individual. The corporation may, however, pay reasonable compensation for services rendered, and make other payments and distributions consistent with its charitable and educational purpose.
